Somatic based practices incorporate findings indicating the deep connection between our mind and body. By recognizing that our bodies catch the impact of stress, store trauma, impact our emotional well-being and cognitive functioning, we can incorporate tools that tend to our bodies. This allows for participants to more effectively build creatively, think clearly, and experience joy in the day-to-day work and functioning of their lives.
